How to Order

1 - Review the contents of each CD-ROM. See the samples page.

2 - Download and print the contract for your review - Press here to see the License for $99.95.

3 - If purchasing with a Visa or Mastercard download and print the credit card authorization form - Press here to see the credit card authorization form.

4 - Fill out and sign the contract indicating which CD-ROM(s) you are licensing.We need one contract for each CD-ROM you would like to license. (If you would like an original signed copy returned, please send two signed copies for each CD-ROM you are licensing.)

5 - Always add $4.00 for shipping and handling per order. If your in California then add 7.75% sales tax.

6 - Send the signed contract(s) and a check or credit card authorization form to:
